HR Strategic Planning

A CFT representative is involved in the customer's strategic planning sessions and will have direct input regarding the HR section of the plan as it pertains to the corporate mission and the over-all business plan. This module is ideal for a company start-up or major re-organization.


HR Process Planning

For customers who already have their strategic plans in place, however does not have the resource or time to create and/or establish the processes required to have an effective HR department.


HR Process & Procedures Documentation

Documentation of all processes and procedures that have been created and established by the customer, or, by CFT for the purposes of producing corporate manuals such as:

  • Employee Manuals
  • Management Policy Guide
  • HR Procedures


HR Administration

Execution of the plans established by the customer and/or CFT. This module includes management of:

  • HR Budgets
  • Compensation & Benefits
  • Recruitment (via e-HR or Recruitment Services of CFT)
  • Training and Development (some courses developed by CFT)
  • EMP (Employee Maintenance Program)
  • EAP (Employee Assistance Program)
  • Other tasks as they pertain to the HR department


Recruitment Campaigns

CFT will create recruitment campaigns that are appropriate to the customer (project basis or via the agency). This module includes:

  • Management of the budget
  • Planning of campaigns
  • Execution of the plans


HR Special Projects

Consultation, Market surveys, Expatriation, Non-unionized mediation, Employee reassignment, Downsizing, Expansion Planning and Individual Coaching.


The Agency

Depending on the type of search mandate, payment structures are flexible from retainer, to contingency or time bank (for temporary contracts). Your Recruitment Consultant will be able to negotiate the terms and conditions that suit your requirements. Examples of profiles represented by our firm:
